ExpresTlač is originally from Slovakia and provides printing services to more than 15,000 enterprises both large and small across Central Europe.
Company director answered several questions about their premises in Squarebizz Bory. Matej Kitka.
Why did you select the Squarebizz project?
We are originally a Slovak online printing house now operating across Europe. We are currently growing dynamically. We were looking for something representative enough for our headquarters, as well as big enough and flexible enough to house production, warehouse, administration and a showroom. We are a modern technological company, which is why we also wanted to have modern premises. At Squarebizz, we were struck by the fact that these are new, modern and ecological spaces.
What did your decision-making process involve? (what factors did you take into account, which benefits convinced you, etc.)
First of all, we were looking for something big enough to accommodate us. Transport accessibility for our employees and customers was also important to us. After the initial market research, we found out that we were no longer interested in any kind of older premises. It was no longer in line with the modern and innovative setting of our company. On the contrary, the new and modern Squarebizz was an ideal solution for us.
Were you interested in the work shop store concept, or was the ability to make flexible use of the space important to you?
It was probably key for us. In addition to the production premises, where we will place our printing machines and machines for finishing work, we also need a warehouse, as well as space for offices and space for a showroom, or point of sale. We managed to combine all of this perfectly thanks to the concept offered by Squarebizz.
To what extent will you use the retail, warehousing and exhibition spaces?
Since we are an online printing house making deliveries to numerous European countries, our priority is primarily high-quality printing production and modern online communication. Therefore, most of the premises will be production, warehouse and administrative. However, compared to other countries, we want to continue to provide our Slovak customers with the high level of service they have become accustomed to, i.e. the convenience of being able to come by in person and pick up their orders. Therefore, a smaller part of the premises will be used as a showroom with a collection point.
Please, can you briefly introduce the operation and services/products that you will offer as part of the Squarebizz project?
We are an online printing house delivering printed materials across Europe, meaning customers do not have to come to us in person, and instead they can do everything simply, and easily online, either directly using our website or via our printing specialists, over chat, over the phone, or via email. At the same time, we are not just a technological platform, like some of our competitors, but a real printing house, with our own printing machines, technologies and in-house production. We print business cards, flyers, brochures, books, stickers, labels, calendars and much more according to customer specifications. We have built a sophisticated online system that allows us to serve large as well as small and less experienced customers with the same quality. Our operations will include production, warehousing, administrative support, as well as a showroom, which will also serve as a pick-up point for Slovak customers.
What do you expect from the new premises?
New and modern premises will allow us greater flexibility for both production and administration, which is key for our further dynamic growth. The premises are really representative, and therefore they will also serve as the headquarters of our company. We are convinced that our employees, as well as our customers and partners, will feel more comfortable in the new space.
How do you rate Squarebizz’s location?
Since we are an online printing house making deliveries to numerous European countries, our priority is primarily high-quality printing production and modern online communication. Therefore, most of the premises will be production, warehouse and administrative. However, compared to other countries, we want to continue to provide our Slovak customers with the high level of service they have become accustomed to, i.e. the convenience of being able to come by in person and pick up their orders. Therefore, a smaller part of the premises will be used as a showroom with a collection point.
